i cant upload videos onto this site... please help me

I have clicked onto enter new video and have filled out as much information i can. But, when i try to download it from the site, it just says "NO." Then, i tried to upload the video but it says theres not enough information to upload. I dont know what im doing wrong, can someone please help me!!!

Run a search on "uploading video" or something similiar. I could have sworn there was a sticky specifically on how to upload to the donut, but I don't see it. Try the sticky on "hosting and the like", it could be in there.
