ok i am new and i have entered the "New video info" but how do i get the video on the net, iam not sure do i go to upload?

sorry iam not sure, if you can help plz have step by step instructions..

Yes, going to "Upload Video" is good, if:
1) your video contains predominantly anime (and/or anime-style video game cutscenes, such as Final Fantasy __)
2) your video has no sexual nudity or excessive violence
3) your video is a complete and final version
