Could you tell me what's the highest rated AMV. Oh..and don't kill me if there already has been this sort of post someplace!

The first page is a week-by-week and overall look at the Star Scale, which lets people measure Local downloads on a scale of 1-5. The second is the Top Favorite Videos. Know how everyone has a top 10 list of their favorite videos on their profile? It measures *that*.

So, you really have three different interpretations of what the top-ranked video is.

It's flashy-flashy box-hover zing-boom got the editor circles... running in circles. We still don't know whether to like them or hate them, but most op-pers sure don't seem to be in doubt...

On second thought, the top 10% can't be too reliable if all these other amateurs can get on it
