is there a way to get On Your Mark video anywhere in the web?

That video used to be in the Proxy server in which the Org used to have, but now it's unavailable.

Some fansubbers used to have it, but I've been out of that arena for a long time. Can't tell you who to go to (and it would probably be a digisubber these days).
