Fan made films from Otakon 2003

On Saturday, I watched some fan made parodies and commercials. One of these parodies caught my eye, but, I can not remember what it was called and who it was by. The video was a sort of video game parody with corny video-game like music, the main character was named cid and he met a random guy who said the same line over and over again. If anyone knows the title of this and would care to share it, it would be most appreciated.

Yeah, I was there too and I saw it. Funny as hell. However, the name eludes me. I do not think they posted the name of it actually. Sort about that.
