I suppose it depends on the tolerance/level of jadedness of the viewer.

Since most people here seem fairly jaded (or am I just projecting?), there definitely is such a thing as "too silly".

But then, you're supposed to be making these things for your own satisfaction, are you not?

There is no too silly for me.

The farther you can push it, the better it is (IMHO).
