dokidoki and some other people need to read (nothing bad)

Post by XenoDrake » Sat Jul 19, 2003 2:57 am

ok, just went to the first day of metrocon and it was great. a first year con for tampa, so im really excited about it, even if they didnt get my CD >< but at any rate, this post is just directed to dokidoki and a few other people who if i knew who they were, id just PM them all and save the usless post in the forums.

at any rate, the cordnator of metrocon made his own DVD with some really kool....ugh...stuff, and some of that stuff happends to be music videos. one being the video from dokidoki, "right now". and another being Sierra Lorna/silver_moon's "The Bounty Hunters Who Don't Do Anything" another is ambroise "Full Metal Team"

but the other one i dont know it, or the creator. its to Full Metal Panic, and i dont know the song or if its even been catologed here at all. i should be able to find out that much sunday when i get to talk to the guy again, but in the mean time, im here to ask if the people already talked about here dont mind if he reproduces the DVD ands distros it. i ask this in public like this cuz if you all agree, then anyone can get a copie free of charge, just cover the cost of the DVD cd and shipping and you got it, but here is the kicker. it has Diecon 4 on it too =O along with some other really kool stuff. if enough people show intrest in it, the more likely it is that he will make it. anyway, its worth it IMO, he just wants you guys to email him with your premition before he starts with it.

the cons web site is at http://www.animemetro.com/control.cfm

That's ok for me as long as nobody earns money with that DVD (it shouldn't cost more than blank DVD + shipping... no "contribution to DVD editing software and material cost" like some people do).

Oh, by the way... it's an honour for me to have been chosen :D

If it includes Daicon IV, it should include Urban Ragnarok. :P

It's perfectly fine with me and Sierra if he distros our video on DVD, just so long as we get credit for editing the video and nobody's making money off it.
