I uploaded my video 5 months after I entered it.. Need Help

I entered my video a looong time ago, but I never actually uploaded it until today. How would I make it come up under the new downloads section so people know that it is technically "new"

I'd actually like to get some feedback on it as well, how would I do that?

Don't worry, far fewer people look at the "New Video" section than look at the "New Download" section (to which it has already been added, BTW.)
