What movie player are you using to view these unlicensed subs?
If u dunno what codec they've been encoded with, u should be able to easily find out. Go into the folder where ur subs are saved, right-click on a video, click Properties, and click on the Summary tab. The codec is listed next to Video compression, which is under Video. If ur not sure whether or not u have this codec on ur computer, go to moviecodec.com, and download it.
btw - Some DivX files don't play right in Windows Media Player and similar video players, so if that's ur prob, you'll have to use one of the DivX players provided by http://www.divx.com.
