Lady Marmalaide Boy

I THINK that's how you spell it. But, regardless of my spelling, here's my idea:

I was listening to the radio one boisterious morning and the song "Lady Marmalaide" came on from the Moulin Rouge(sp.) soundtrack.

I know there's an anime called "Marmalaide Boy" So I was wondering if this AMV could be done. I haven't seen the series, though, so I'm not sure. However, falling lemons while "Marmalaid. . ." Is sung in a french accent would be kind of funny.

Again, I know my spelling sucks, correct me if you want/need to. Anyone think this would work? Be free to steal the idea.

Hmmm... well, that song for Marmalade Boy might be a bit of a stretch, but if you work really hard, that could be done. One of the things this anime boasts is a huge female cast, so that's a plus. However, making these wholesome high school girls look like street-walkers could be a challenge. That's gonna require a lot of story-telling on your part that doesn't exist in the show. However, the result could be a pretty funny video.

I personally love Marmalade Boy! It's one of my fave shows *ever*, but I don't know when it's coming out on DVD in the U.S.

Off Topic: Meri, have you been getting my emails about how someone "stole" your site? I haven't gotten a reply. It's a complete rip off of your site. The name, background, and almost your complete layout was stolen. Here's that site.

SQ- Yeah, that site has been around for years. Honestly, there's nothing I can really do about it. It doesn't bother me too much, since the site didn't steal any of my content, and they only stole one of my old layouts. While it is annoying, it isn't a major threat. I think fans are smart enough to know what the real ToT is. Thanks for the concern, though.
