sailor moon amv contest

I have a few sailor moon amv's that I have made and I wish to place them in contests, where do I actually go to put them in and is there a certain contest I need to place them in?

Most conventions have online submission for their amv contests. But, even if they don't, the first step is usually to go to the con's site (to get the rules and whatnot).

There's no one contest that you absolutely need to enter. It just boils down to whatever contest you want to enter.

Oh right, so I have to attend these con's to actually enter?

Some contests require you to attend if you submit a video, but I don't think that stipulation is common.
If you have to attend the con, it should show up in the contest rules.
