The definition of "settling"

I like to "settle" whenever one of the two things happens:

1) I essentially don't want to work on the project anymore [because I've been wishy-washy about scene selections and are sick of going back and forth on them], and its in a status that I would be proud to be able to release it and not be embarrassed at the quality of work
2) I feel like it's almost [but not perfectly] as I originally envisioned, and while it has minor bugs, it's something that I'm extremely proud of.

More often than not, #1 happens. XD
