The bad guys in Kurokami wear balack suits and sunglasses.

Not really an 'anime', per se, But FFVII: Advent Children has Rude, who's always wearing a black suit and dark sunglasses. Same with Reno, but he doesn't really wear his sunglasses.
(I can't remember too well, but I think Tseng and Elena might wear their glasses too.)
Mikami Teru from Death Note wears a suit, and sunglasses a few times.
Yasu from NANA has the sunglasses and suit.
Mr. Chang from Black Lagoon has both the suit and sunglasses.
Kimihiro from xxxHolic and Integra Hellsing have the suits, but both just have regular glasses.
I can name a billion of anime with characters that wear suits, but only those few come to my mind that wear sunglasses to match.
