I looked all over the web and can't find the dragon ball movie the path to power amv with jpop or japanese music playing. please help me find this, the video or song. it's very old and in japanese. I do no remember please help or just, or post the vid you think it might be.

not sure if you can filter the search by year but I'd deffinitely look at videos that are like come before 2002 cuz there are WAY too many db amvs lately that you'd be looking for years otherwise. Also the english release seems to be 7 years after the japanese so since it's in japanese and if you specify this movie you likely won't have many to choose from.
