I'm looking for an anime rendering of a particular hand-gesture.
it is the gesture associated with the verbal insult popular in the british isles popularly known as "wanker"
The gesture is described in detail and illustrated a little ways down the page of the excellent wikipedia article

You may also want to check Cromartie High School. Although I don't remember if there was that gesture in the anime, it is the kind of anime that would have it.
