Utawareumono's traps are only for a few scenes at best and wouldn't work correctly did not know of the others though good catch :3

[Taite]

Ouran has an episode where the host club all dress up as girls. Also, Haruhi's dad dresses as a girl.
Clannad: After story in episode 5 or 6, Katsuki crossdresses as a girl so he can see Misae working.
Jakotsu from Inuyasha looks like a girl, although I'm not sure if he is actually dressing up as a girl-- he just looks like it to me. So maybe not him


Other than that, I can't think of anything else. (All the good ones are in that picture =P)

Marron Glace from Sorcerer Hunters, a bishounen, does disguise himself as a woman for one episode. One of the Haz Knights may qualify also.

Ranma 1/2 has Tsubasa Kurenai and a few others that show up primarily in the manga.
