Need Help Finding Ranma AMV

Hello All,

I've been a long time lurker here on a-m-v.org and this is my first time posting. If you are a tl:dr kind of person like me, then here are the relevent deets:

For those who want a back story: I discovered this AMV back in 1999 from a friend who got me into AMV's in the first place. Unfortunately I lost my collection due to a freak accident involving a HDD, a cat and peanut butter. So, now I turn to you all and ask for help in finding a downloadable version on this video. I suppose I could rip it off of the youtube video, but since this is my favorite AMV ever I'd like to have it at a higher res. That way I can show it to my co workers and have them experience the win this AMV brings.

Also, I wouldn't mind finding the creator of this video and thanking him/her. There is an email link at the end of the video I posted which I have sent an email to asking if they are the creator. I haven't heard back as of this posting.
