But I think it would be a lot of fun. The basic premise is fanservice from the chick's perspective (see lyrics). It sounds hostile in print, but the song is more teasing, almost, not hostile at all.
Anime: I'm thinking various anime, wherever you have those sorts of spitfire girls (Love Hina? CB?)
Song: Morcheeba, "Love Is Rare". It's made by a techno band, but the song's tone is funk/R&B. Mid/uptempo (I clocked it around 92 bpm). It goes on a bit long, but I've had pretty good luck with shortening their songs, so that's probably easy for anyone else.
The lyrics sum up a lot of the premise:
