Is it worth it?

Post by JustAnOrdinaryPanda » Mon Nov 18, 2002 8:42 pm

I've been thinking about a music video I'd like to start off on, but browsing this forum for merely two days I'm beginning to wonder. Will making a DBZ video no matter how much time I put into it only be watched by the Realmedia watching small-minded DBZ fans? Because I fail to see someone here who falls into neither this category or dislikes DBZ completely.

Just wondering whether I'd be wasting my time. :(

I'm sure people will still watch it, and I always say just make videos for yourself, not others. It's more fulfilling that way. Go ahead and make it, just be aware taht there might be some scrutiny if it is another linkinball Z video.

Don't worry, there's no danger of a Linkin Park vid. Metallica - King Nothing, cool song. There's a couple others, but they might as well be thrown on the pile of crap DBZ AMV's.

h mm...me thinks the ppl who would view your vid would be those who are hardcore dbz fans....

:? not too many of those here that post on the forums regularly so i don't know many of them. but basically..yeah, you'll only have viewers who are mindless dbz fanatics.

you should try pimping your vid at some of the dbz forums....

/Me recalls Dark Kamui's rabid DBZ fanmail thread

Everyone is not the same as you.
Get over it.
And lighten up.

As long as you put some effort into it, and give us a little synopsis of how/why/what you made your DBZ vid in AMV Announcments, I think there will be at least a few people other than the hardcore DBZ fans who would watch it.
