I have some ideas-

I don't recall what episodes they are in exactally but you can always go here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naruto_episodes or look up an episode guide.

Key moments in the SAu/Nar relationship-

*Sauske feeding naruto in the steal the bells test
*Sasuke/Naruto train together in the bridge building arc
*Sauske "dying" in narutos arms in the Haku battle
*Sauske tells naruto he is someone he'd also like to fight
*Naruto trying to protect sauske from Orchormoro during the chunnin exam (stopping the snake, ect)
*Naruto waiting for Sauske to come back from training with Kakashi (to show up to fight gara)
*Naruto worries about sauske in hospital (after itachi attack)
*In the "running the race" arc doesn't Naruto save sauske and carry him? (not sure)
*the childhood flashbacks in the fight with eachother


I'm sure there is more but alas...these are the high points I remember.
