Help pease!!!! New to AMVs!

Okay, so, I haven't made an AMV yet but i reeeeeeally wantz to! What are you guyz's suggestions for a program to use...like Windows Movie Maker or what? Song choices would also be good...oh! And where can I find some downloadable clips or w/e for it? Sorry if I'm asking too much! Lolz, thanks!
