I've been trying to search for a better quality version of this GITS AMV but I've had no luck so far. If anyone knows where I can download a higher quality version of this video, I'd appreciate it if I could be directed towards it.

Wow really im first ha. Ya your not gonna find that answer here. But you are more than welcome to buy the DVDs. I hear they have great quality on them.
