Song - Science Genius Girl by Freezepop
Anime - Tenchi Muyo/Tenchi in Tokyo/Tenchi Universe/Tenchi GXP, based mostly on Washu

I think the song "Science Genius Girl" would fit the 'greatest scientific genius in the universe' quite nicely, don't you? (And, as you can probably tell by my signature, I'd enjoy it if a few Ryo-Ohki clips were worked into it =D)
