A forum newbie or an amv newbie? if its for the forum I would say when you post a certain amount. Its different for amvs. I would say when you make an amv or amvs that are very good and recieve alot of attention.

The post count is supposed to be 100, but it doesn't really matter sometimes. I think I was called a newbie once or twice, but as long as you refrain from saying idiotic things and don't take anything personal, then all is well.
