It's the only movie that I've ever seen that deserves to be described as epic.

I haven't seen it yet, but I'll probably still like the book more even after I do.

Not to say that the movie will suck, of course!

I still haven't seen it! Wait a minute, didn't it come out today?

Anyways, the first was awesome, so I have high hopes for the second one. And I heard from someone that the third one won't come out until 2006!?!? What's with that?

Sweet coincidence! I'm watching tv at the same time, and a commercial of the PS2 game of the Two Towers was just on. I thought it was the movie commercial, but then the guys became animated. :D

Ok Gandalf had better show some decent magic in this one or I am going to be pissed. Right now his rating is Orco from he mans bitch. At least he'd better show as much power as dobbie the house elf.

Mr Oni
Purity is wackable!

It was awesome, but there were a couple discrepencies from the book. Of course, that's to be expected.

I'm pretty sure they're only seperating them by a year. So far they've been december 2001 and 2002, as far as I know the plans are for winter 2003-04

I imagine that it's OK to let out the details, for most everyone's read the book...
