This is grand...
South Africa has 4.5 million people with HIV, yet they need the money that would go for retro-virals to buy submarines "because the US might attack us", and that food (which they need donations of, naturally) is more pressing for people with HIV. Sure it is, but then you're just prolonging the inevitable.

No that's actually pretty acurate. There have been a number of polls since aparteid was lifted that have demonstrate that most blacks do indeed believe that the white run government was a better governing body. I doubt if asked if they would go back to apartheid, that they would say ''yes," however.kthulhu wrote:<a href="http://www.theage.com.au/articles/2002/ ... ally...</a>

[rant about something I hate]
Bah. I've never liked politics, and I don't think I ever will. Basically, it seems that everyone who is into politics is too stubborn to admit that, at times, he is wrong. They seem to fight more than get something done.
THing I hate most about politics is the bashing. I ALWAYS hear about how Bush and Clinton are doing/did such TERRIBLE jobs and are TERRIBLE people and have TERRIBLE policies. I hear very few positive comments about Bush, Clinton, or any politician, for that matter, except for Abe Lincoln (and people will tell you bad things about Honest Abe, as well!!)
