How do you insert a picture in the posts?

I have been on this site for a few monthes and I stll haven't figured out how to put a picture I want in my posts. This is sad, I know.

Can someone please tell me.

Enclose the URL of the pic in

If it's on your hard drive, host it on your Website, or get a free Geocities site (make sure you upload them or rename them as .txt files) and link to those.

Like I said, apply for a geocities account. Upload the files into the File manager, and rename them to .txt files. Then link to them, it's a bit long winded, but having done it it'll be easier to post pics in the future...

Unless you find them on Google image search and link to those.

yeah, as panda said. You actually can't link to pictures that are on your hard drive, you have to have some sort of host, and that is what geocities is for.
