Ok, the last one got locked due to some IDIOTS...

I read the last few pages just a few secs. ago and I'm trying again as the modder suggested...

I don't care with what is said if pertains to "it sucks". I read the last page... "XBox sucks and rightfully deserves to fail". That, was pointless, stupid and uncalled for...

Those of you [now dwindling toward extinction] who have any TRUE meaning of what I asked before, please answer again if you can and MAYBE I won't get another locked thread.

(* notes he created a thread controversial enough to be locked)

If you say you don't own the others is because "they suck", you should go back to "thought school" and figure out something normal. I'll give ya a penny and go buy a clue! :evil:

Now, I've mentioned why I have XBox and other important stuffs in the previous "locked" version of this thread. Any others?

I got a PS2, for a bunch of reasons. I personally prefer the controllers, they have the most buttons without being MASSIVE or just a bit weird, the N64 controllers were better than the GC IMO. I generally prefer the games on the PS2, the Final Fantasy series, GTAs, MGS, etc.

DVD, I find rather useful, and most importantly, the little blue LED on the front. :P

I have a PS2 and a GameCube. I first got GameCube in hopes that it will have some good games like on Nintendo 64. (Conkers BFD!) But mostly so I would have one for Zelda when It comes out.

A while after that, I bought a PS2. At the time, I had only one thought in my mind. Final Fantasy X. I couldn't bare it any longer, looking at the game for endless hours on the store shelf's. So I scrounged and finally was able to afford it. I believe that The PS2 was the better choice because of it's wider verity of games. GameCube does have some good ones at the moment, and some good anticipated titles, but for now I'll stick to the PS2.

I still have my DC...

But as for the now "big three", I think I prefer the X-Box for 3 reasons...

-Ninja Gaiden!!

But Soul Calibur 2 is going to be on all three consoles... :?

I just can't wait for Devil May Cry 2, FFXI, FFX-2, Breath Of Fire V, Star Ocean 3, Bounty Hunter etc...

I have two Sega Genesis units. The Genesis is probably my favorite console. I like them because:

1. The controllers kick ass. Okay, low on buttons (unless you have the 6 buttoners, which suck. I own 4 :D .) ,but large and comfy. And very responsive.

2. Cool design. At least the first model.

3. Finally, the games:

Sonic 1 and 2 (and 3, but I wasn't a big fan of it). Started on the Genesis!
Desert and Jungle Strike. Sweet games.
Strider
Kid Chameleon
Golden Axe II

To name a few.

The current gaming excitement for me is the 3DO unit and 2 controllers I found at a thrift store. I'm dying to test it out, but I need to collect the additional parts :cry: . Still, nice to have.

Yeah...im really looking forward to seeing breath of fire V (iv got all the other 1s...one of my fav. rpg series :D )

Atari 2600

Reason: It has the greatest games ever yeah they lack in Graphics but after 20 years they are still fun to play and they don't require a whole hell of alot of commitment.

My second runner up would be my old sega master

Reason: It had Incredible graphics for the time and it was way ahead of the Nes it competed against in gameplay. Some of my favorite games for it are :

1. Phantasy star-For its time incredible

2.Out run--This game was great I remember playing it over and over trying to get to the end.

3.Double dragon-This one ripped a new asshole out of the nes version

4.Thunder blade-So good the Genesis sequal sucked.

5.Bomber Raid

6.Rampage

7.Alex Kidd in miracle world.

Did anybody else have this system all it gave me were some great memories.
