Nintendo Plans Special Gift for Preorders of the new Zelda

In Japan, the new Zelda game for the Nintendo Gamecube is set to be released on November 28th, 2002. Now, if you preorder the game, Nintendo is giving you as a gift a bonus disc with the N64 Zelda game Ocarina of Time and the expansion to OoT, Ura-Zelda, originally planned for 64DD. These games are playable on the Nintendo Gamecube. Ura-Zelda has never been released before, even in Japan.

The opportunity to play more of OoT would definitely sell more copies of GC Zelda, and even more so should a similiar offer be made here in the US.

As do I, that would be sweet. But are the graphics updated for the gaems? Cause taht would make it even sweeter. I allready planned to get the game, but damn, am I ever pre-ordering it now. Ocarina of Time remains my favorite Zelda game.

Yeah. The Ocarina of Time really is the best Zelda out as of yet! I didn't play the next one with the mask, but OoT is superior! Alone the chords of the songs you could play on the ocarina sounded so enchanting that I was fully drawn into the game.
And for the latest Zelda, I also plan to buy it, but I'm in Europe, so there will be no such extra for preordering. Sad but true...
