Download Managers?

Which download managers do some of you use to get files?

[I'm looking for freeware *no adware/spyware*]

I did a search and came up with tons of crap...

(yes I'm on DSL but when a server connection just plain sux, you need something to keep things resumable and organized right?)

I mostly use Getright. Never had any real trouble with it. As far as spy/adware goes I've heard it's clean although I've got my doubts. The Donut (Grrrr Phade. Look at what you've made me type) lacking any kind of resume has proven to be quite an issue for me. But If what I've heard about the Opera browser is true then all of those troubles are over.
