I am trying to translate the phrase “mysterious fate” into Japanese. The best I have come up with is the individual words for each: fushigi unmei. Can someone help me translate this properly? Thanks.

To build on your own guess (which I think is close) - since 'fushigi' being used as an adjective would be a '-na' adjective then...

'fushigi na unmei'

I think that would be a proper phrase in Japanese. The word choices you got sound good to me, so I think the -na in there would fix it.

Any objections?
