Version 1.10 is officially out and can be downloaded simply by connecting to battlenet.

The day has come, hungrycrackpot, you still up to it? Anybody else? Anybody still care enough to play?

As for the games, do we want to create whole new accounts or do we want to create simply a new character? THe benefits of a new character is that we can get right into the hardcore games immediately and start. I think hardcore is the only way to play a good co-op game and there's the "Worldevent" to look forward to.

Buahahaha, just in time for a 4 day weekend

There are 8 of us at my school who are all starting new characters at midnight on wed, all different classes. We're not allowing any handouts or even playing with other people, then we all duel Sunday at noon and see who comes out on top. All 8 of us were addicted at one time or another so its anyone's game. We picked classes out of a hat, I got Druid, my personal fave

If anyone wants to join us feel free to, we're dueling sunday at noon EST. Just remember you gotta play your character as if it was single player up until then, and it can't be started until after midnight on wed.

Okay. what is your video card? What is the problem or the suspected problem?

Do you have the latest drivers? Latest Directx version?

Well... I've checked my device manager and it's not even detecting a video card. Under Other Devices it has Video Controller (VGA Compatible) listed but there are no drivers installed. I don't have a driver disc and I can't find the drivers online. There are no other hardware conflicts and I've looked through all my driver discs. Unless I'm missing something, I'm probably going to have to open up my tower again and mess around with it. It might be something as simple as the video card having come loose when I moved to college. Unless you can think of something I haven't.

I don't even remember which video card I had in. And I do have the latest version of Direct X but even if I didn't, DII comes with a high enough version of it.

Do you know what manufacturer you bought it from or the name of the card? You should open up your computer and see what card you have and do a little cleaning as well if you haven't done so in a long time.

problems may be that you've just installed the video card wrongly. try removing the card and reattaching it.

as for other problems, are you running D2LOD with 3d acceleration or just directdraw? If you're video card is old and/or doesn't have glide support, running in 3d acceleration may have problems.

another thing to do, download the diablo2lod patch manually from blizzard and install the patch.
