what the hell is up with these stupid site banners? I just voted the new batch of 14 unworthy because, well, they suck. Who the hell makes these banners?

Well, these banners have un motivational phrases that are pretty annoying...I think we have enough banners....

well most of the banners are done by people who are members and have no better things to do.
all though I have to agree that some of the ones that you get to vote on are crap.
Only time I say no is if someone asks if I've had enough.
