AMV Dot Org Banner Ads

I'm was a banner adver for The Org to match my website's theme (translucense and real-world-pics) when I realized the logo didn't fit.
So I'm going to scan in some actual negatives (developed 35mm cinema from Ritzy Cameras) and use that for the logo effects.

Is it probihited to change the logo in such a way? It might not be eligible(spelling?) for the banner ad content, but it could work.

Instead of artistic thought, I'm going to use serious buzzwords in mine:

"The (Internet/World/Etc)'s largest repository of AMVs"

"The Authoritative Source for Anime Music Videos"

"The (Descriptor/Function) (connection) (Etcetra)"

With Flash, of course. And a button with pop-out info.

Yeah were going to Knock of the big guy and take over his empire. And then we will buy out the Org and make it a Corporate bitch. ANd hire Phade as VP.
