Strange captions?

I was going over some old photos for a some documentory and promo videos I'm doing, and this picture stood out as being kind of odd... Put in the context of the growing attitude on these forums, it doesn't make any sense.
BTW, This is real. Just in case you thought otherwise.

Anyone else come across similar photos or whatever?

Cosplayers always piss me off and make me laugh at the same time... Unless it's male cosplayers doing Sailor Moon.
