i realize that this probably sounds real pathetic, but how do you make a website?

*sigh* Go do a google search for more info but basicaly you need to learn something like HTML and then get someone to host it.

unless you have a program like microsoft frontpage (for the super beginners who don't really care about designing and just wanna put info on a page and link em) and dreamweaver (for people who want to design prettier)
then you don't really need much html knowledge.

you can also take the cheap way out and jsut use geocites like me if you have no concept or care for html. Or you can use angel fire, i'f i'm not mistaken angelfire requires you to know a bit of html. But if you want to get good with html then learn how to write html with notepad then use html editing programs.

well angelfire has that begginer setting where they have a layout for you and all you do is type in the boxes and upload the pics and type the names of them in.

yea geocities has that too ... its called page wizzard ... so pathetic ... all you get is one page, with one picture, a bunch of text, and about 3 links ... and an email me link ... now thats pathetic ...

And, when you get more advanced, you'll want to learn a scripting language such as PHP. Adds some GREAT, incredible possibilities to your site. These forums were programmed in PHP.
