I wonder why the people wrongly acused of being mods arent speaking out against the blame they are getting. and why phade has no problem with them being the scapegoats.

I pointed this out to Kusoyaro and he just laughed it off. I don't know who else was accused of being a mod, but my guess is that they don't care. If they don't care, then Phade doesn't care. If they do, then I bet Phade will do something about it.

I think the mods do a good job on the boards here, and the members are given much more freedom than they would on many other boards. Once again, this is a site is under private ownership. As long as nothing illegal is being done, whatever the owner says, goes.

little known fact, making an AMV and distro-ing it can break dozens of laws per download. And some people may acraully CARE! unlike abandonwre or ROM's, where the games half the time are no longer being manufactured.

not true, I caught a mod a lil while ago and posted a whole bunch of stuff about it, and it all got deleted and phade kept saying that he wasnt a mod etc etc.
I dunno if that person decided it or not, but my guess is that its just policy to purge anything related to real mods.
