I have this small little brass hand gun that my uncle gave me and my bro. It fits right in the plam of you hand and its pretty cool, over the years its gotten dirty and due too my neglegance it got dirty in spots that I cant real clean with a cloth. Anyone have any suggestions on how to reach those small spots? I tryed quetips (those thing you use to clean your ears, yea thats what there called) and didnt work.

You could try this polish I see advertised on TV. They dip a dime into a bowl of the solution and the part they dipped in came out much shinier than before. I think it works on brass, but I'm not sure. Look in the silverware or something cleaning section of a store.

What caliber of handgun is it, by the way?

I dont know the caliber but it just looks like a normal hand gun, that fits in your palm. It has some stuff wrote on it tho. "PIETRO BERETTA" "J.S. NO. 520816" "JIN SUNG" Thats about all it says. Nice little gun tho, you can actually cock and fire it. Its good for scareing people with

Sounds like a Beretta pistol (which is a good brand), probably in .22 Long Rifle, .25 ACP, or .32 ACP.

What you could do is take a pot and fill about 2" with vinegar. If you know how to take the gun apart, take it apart and set it in the pot. If it doesn't come apart, still set it in there. Then put some baking soda into the pot. You have to be careful that the bubbles don't run over. The chemical reaction should clean it a little bit. 8)

At least thats what I do with my coin collection.....

I actually designed and built a hand gun like the gun on trigun. I found a tutorial on a japanese site and I converted a normal magnum into a version of Vash's gun although I dont have any bullets to speak of for it.
