What do you people think of animals...

and, do you have any pets. I myself, have nothing against animals, and as such, have had every stray cat, lost dog, maimed bird, DROPPED at my doorstep or FORCED on my by some lazy bastard that isn't willing to take care of it himself (and when I say take care of I mean keep the animal, find its owner, or just take it to the animal shelter.)
That said, my pets list

Cats 8
Dogs 6
Birds god only knows (the zebra finches breed like bunnies but I know I have 5 birds IN the house in very big cages.)
speaking of which ... Bunnies 6
Rats 1
Mice 3

And as far as animal rights, I'm not the type to preach on about how they are being eaten and all that. But I do have a bone to pick with the people that treat them like furniture, and neglect them to the point where they sarve to death in the back of a shed.

I love animals... every animal.
But I live in a college dorm, and home is a small apartment... so all I have right now is a small dog. And I miss her...

But so far I've had 2 birds, 11 hamsters (they bred), 3 guinea pigs, a boa, a species of anteater, 2 turtles, 2 dogs, a mouse and I was taking care of a stray kitten back home, even if it wasn't officially mine.

One bird flew away (hey, I was like 5), the momma hamster got its eyes eaten by crows, I was forced to return the boa, the anteater I believe was stolen and eaten, the turtles misteriously dissappeared one day, mouse died after nearly 2 years (how long do lab mice live, anyway?), and the kitten grew up and had kittens, but she should still be back home.

I'd love to take care of more animals, but that'll have to wait till I'm rich and living in a biiig house...

i've got two dogs..... one named pudge the other named baxter and their sooooooooooooo cute ^_^ but i live in an apt that doesnt' allow pets

so their at mom n dad's.... what kinda fucked up rule is that, no pets allowed, don't they know pets are good for your health goddamnitt?>????

I love animals... But my brother is Autistic, and although he absolutely loves animals, he plays too rough with them at times because he doesn't realize his own strength... So I've never really had many pets because of that.

I have had three cats though. One we gave away when we moved to Vancouver, the second died after being attacked by raccoons, and Pancake (my last one) went outside one night and never come home.

they know dogs and cats will fuck up their apartment. Although I did find some that allow pets just have to pay extra and that's what I'm going to do. Cause I don't have the options of leaving my pets at home.

I have to say I really don't like animals at all, and I really hate it when dogs feel they need to lick your face, and I also hate taking care of animals.

I had this friend that wanted me to take care of her 2 tiny dogs for 4 days, and it was such a pain. I had to walk them three times a day, and I still had to pick up their crap around the house, it was one of the most horrible experiences ever.

Anyway, Animals are just not for me, but I on a side note, I don't think being cruel to animals is ok either. Just don't want any confusion.

I'm not allowed any animals although when I was 3 we had a rabbit that was evil called snow white, he grew hugh and then someone stole and ate him there is no other explaination. I also had a dog for 4 days that I bought with my own money but my mum made me sell him, he was a really cute 8 weeks old springer spanial puppy, I miss him. I always wanted a horse cuz I rode them for like 5 years but alas alak it wasn't to be. I really miss being around animals, they're so empathetic.

My favorite pet animals are snakes, lizards, and ferrets. Unfortunatly my family hates snakes and lizards, and ferrets are illegal in this state

. All I have are 3 cats. Wish I could have a ferret or two though, man do they rule.

I love animals, especially wild ones. If I ever get rich, I'm gonna have a farm with monkeys, llamas, ducks, domestic cats, parrots, flamingos, a white tiger, a lion, cows, horses, a elephant, a ostrich, snakes, lizards, that one dragon thing, dolphins, sharks, flying squrriels(^^), deer, a polar bear, wolves, and a hampster!

And any others that I can think of
