Have YOUR Zelda bonus disk?
I got mine today! ^_^
The one disk has Zelda: The Ocarina of Time and Zelda: Master Quest.
What's the difference between the two?
Master Quest is basically the same as Ocarina of Time, but harder, like at a harder setting. Examples? More bad buys and less hints. Doesn't sound like much? Well, it can be.
Take the Great Deku Tree. You know those little Gohma guys that you normally face at the end of the level (while fighting main boss)? They're all over the place! Another example, in Ocarina of Time, when you go get the Slingshot (yes, try and remember) all you do is jump on a falling block. In Master Quest, the room is surrounded by bad guys, and this huge flower guards the chest. And a big Skulltula pops out right in front of you when you jump right before the flower.
So the level is different, but the bad guys are plentiful. Hope you enjoy it as much as I! ^_^

It doesn't sound very impressive from the whole flurry of rumours and speculation about 'Ara', or 'Ora, or whatever Zelda. But for the hardcore fan, I can imagine its a new way to play Occarina of Time. As for Windwaker, that game is so good, can't wait for it to come out over here so I can quit making up excuses to go around my mates' and play his Jap import.....

If you had pre-ordered Zelda: The Wind Waker, you could pick up, or get it delivered, a bonus disk. This bonus disk contains two games, and a bunch of previews for more games, like F-Zero. The 2 games are Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and Master Quest. Master Quest is like an advanced version of Ocarina of time, and said to have never been realesed out of Japan. I guess it makes sense that it's not a whole new game, because why not just sell it individually then, right? lolTokyoU15 wrote:say wha???????? what's this about a bonus disk? Someone fill me in...
I for one am happy there is a version of OT for GC, for one reason. Gc is in my room, 64 in my brother's. I am not willing to spend time in there just to play OT... lol

I'll have my copy soon. Apparently UPS is having a holiday and doesn't want me to have it yet.
And when I have it, you can bet your ass i'm having a field day capturing everything all over again.
