I think the battle system is cool...

The game is much better than I thought it would be

shit! i left at a bad time, wow! its a KH forum, but seriously, i know too muach about this game for it to possibly be healthy...in latin, kingdom hearts means regnum absites. I have made three AMVs for KH two original and one a remix, all featuring spoilers

If you're trying to make a point that it is just a 'RPG' I'm afraid you're wrong. It is another genre entirely. It contains 'RPG' elements but is not limited to them.

is an action/adventure RPG still an RPG....... the answer to all of this is yes

eh? oh well.... you know what is they didnt have disney characters it would be better.... i mean gathering old ff characters and new ppl with that great fighting system. WHAT AN AWESOME GAME THAT WOULD BE!

...also they making kingdom hearts 2....

Well, let me post my thoughts. When I first heard about this game, I thought it would be a decent game, gameplay wise, but the Disney element would kill it for me. Then I actually tried it and it turned out to be the opposite. The Disney element added a certain lightness to it that was sort of nice. But the gameplay blew. Honestly, by the time I got to the jungle, I was praying on every screen there would be no fighting, because the fights got boring really, really fast. I hated how you had absolutly no control over any character except Sora, beyond those stupid options in the menu. I hated how slow levelling was, and I hated how you had no control over how the characters developed. And I absolutly despise the fact that the only 3 characters you can use anywhere are Sora, Goofy, and Donald. I can honestly say the most enjoyable part of the game for me was the opening theme song and the opening movie.
