This is of course bullshit. You can't get pregnent so you are not a female. There is no way a guy can actually be a girl let's just clear the air on this even if you inject yourself with Estrogen all year. You will never be a real girl. Ok what would you be? You're confusing "gender" with "sex". A majority of the English-speaking world does so, but since semantics is core to your argument, I might as well address the problem.

The former term is used to denote a state of mind and behavior. The latter term describes a physical form. It is entirely possible for a male to behave and think like a female, and vice versa.

If that's Izumi's situation, then what exactly is preventing him/her (argh I hate pronouns) from changing sex to match the gender?

Anatomy? OK, fine, maybe she won't have functioning female reproductive organs. But so what? Does this mean that females who choose to have a hysterectomy lose the quality of being female?

Fertility? By your argument, infertile females aren't female anymore.
Does that make any sense? I hope it doesn't.

Anyway, my opinion on the whole subject, for what little it's worth:
It doesn't bother me. I've got bigger issues to worry about. Like smacking down idiots.

A girl is a girl and a guy is a guy it's that simple if you are born one you can't be the other no arguing about it. A girl that can't make a baby is a girl that's broke a guy isn't susposed to make a baby. There's no need to try to reason with it. I put this on the same level as being sexually attracted to sheep.

Okay, so, how'd the French thing get into this? And are they insulting French Canadians, or French from France? Seeing as how there's a huge difference. (Like comparing Americans to the Brits because they speak the same language, only different dialects)

This just keeps getting more interesting. It's devolved to the point where everyone is screaming at each other. I, who started the post, don't even have to say anything to keep the hate flowing.

And what no one seems to clue into is, that there IS no point in arguing on the internet. You can't change someone's opinion threw the flames, or long winded posts. Everything is the same after the dust settles. Look at debates over 9/11, or impending doom in the Persian gulf. It's the same thing "OMFG! BUSH IS A MUDERER!" "Their not murders fag! you pussy! its war!"

The reason? No one CARES about the opposing point of view, they only want to reinforce THEIR point of view.
