One of the weirdest movies I've seen is "The Omega Man", with Charlton Heston.

How can people be pro-abortion and anti-gun? Whoo, flipside!

Anyhow, more good movies:

"Full Metal Jacket"
"Donnie Darko" (if somewhat strange)
"Terminator II" (better than the first)
"Network"

Wow, lots of great movies

CaT- I really liked Sneakers, that one is really pretty cool.

Kthulhu - I'm still not sure if I understand what the point of Omega Man was. It's been a while since I've seen it, but still, very strange

Thinking of bad actors and good movies, Catch Me if You Can comes to mind. If it's still in theatres people should go see it that havn't.

Charlton Heston is the sole normal survivor of a global plague (caused by a terrorist group, if I recall right), thanks to an experimental vaccine. He fights the mutated survivors and scavenges for supplies by day, and retires to his fortress/pleasure palace at night.

Then he finds some non-effected survivors, the fate of the human race is in their and his hands, yada yada yada.
