Well, just because the rules were made after SpPanda joined, means absolutely nothing. Infact, that's a lame excuse to not know the rules. This doesn't make you above the rules.

"Hey! these rules weren't here when i joined! maybe i should go check them out!" Well he obviously didn't do that.

I'm not against SpPanda, but come on. =\

SpPanda's sticky post in this thread is even almost a contradiction of his not knowing about the rules.

Really a shame on his part.

At this point, not even the newest of the newbies would know something was up. An INTELLIGENT person would have posted a question in the moderator drop box. A pissy person might start a thread complaining about it. This was hardly an emergency.

Is this what Spamda does? Nope.

Spamda decides that the proper way to work this out is to repost. Not once, not twice, not even ten times. But an additional fourty-four times.

Other members of the forum, entirely independent of the mods, post a thread entitled
"Spazda...stop" where a couple people asked for him to be banned.

It is perfectly obvious that he was throwing a fit, trying to piss off the moderators. Know what? Congratulations, it worked. How funny. Some mod got pissed off deleteing his 47 posts over a half-hour (or however long it was) and overstepped his bounds. He made an insulting comment. Then another. The only two insulting comments from a mod I've ever encountered on this board. (OK, admittedly I don't post to the boards much, but just in searching through all the trailers from this one event I've seen several mods. I've seen one apologize for an action. I've seen one reverse a decision because someone complained. I haven't seen anyone directly insulted. If there are any, PROVIDE A LINK.) To be perfectly honest, I'm not even sure I trust that those were real modifications. Spamda was one of those doing his best to imitate the mods a while back, and stuck a whole bunch of "penis eating" admissions in mod quotes. Most of them have been caught and corrected by now, but there are still a few they missed, like here:

(You want to see a really clever trick? Do a search for "Mod 264". This is the mod who was always "persecuting" Spamda. Because it was Spamda. Funny how that mod number never, EVER showed up in any posts other than Spamdas.)

It'd be just like him to make a thread with a title like that and claim that the mods did it.

Know what's even funnier? What just makes this joke of Spamda's so totally hilarious? He managed to piss off Phade. That got him banned. He decided to poke and poke and poke at the people who run the site, with personal insults, impersonating the mods, and breaking the same rule 47 times thinking it was so utterly hilarious (after all, only the people who hang out in the OT forums have a sense of humor, right?) and, congratulations, someone decided that he didn't have to tolerate personal abuse in his own forum.

AND HE WAS LET BACK IN. After all that shit, Spamda got to come back in, what, a week?

I don't know why he was banned the second time. If it was something really offensive, it woulda been deleted or moved into the mod storage, so searches wouldn't bring it up anymore. It may even be due to something outside of the forum entirely, like personal attacks carried out of this forum. (Like this: "a word to Hsien fans:
your 'god' is really a conceited egotistical "shitty bastard" that hides behind this elitist facade that's been given to him. you can tell he really loves his fans. hell, he's so courteous to his co workers.") Frankly I don't care. He shoulda been booted out permanently the first time. He's an ignorant, immature, annoying f**k, and I don't care who his friends are or how funny they think he is or what vids he makes. I, personally, am glad he's gone. I hope it's permanent.

I'm not entirely aware of what's been going on, as I haven't really been posting here in quite a while. I have no bias for or against SpPanda, but I think the whole situation has been taken too seriously. Few years back, I remember random scarce music videos, normally in real format and non-DBZ ones particularly rare, and Phade made an AMV site. I don't know whether he expected it to grow so exponentially but that's not the point, it doesn't stop him from being his site.

This is not a democratic 'community'. It is more or less a dictatorship, and damn straight, just because enough people have joined this site and post in it far more often than he does, does not mean that they suddenly have any right to a say as a majority.

Phade has every right to do whatever the hell he likes, to be honest personally I'd be a far more ruthless overlord of a community this size

, and I'm sure those of you that take internet communities far more seriously would be just and gracious rulers, whatever. Point is all I've seen put forth as evidence in this thread has shown SpPanda to be moaning about his 'injustice', as the 'j' word seemed to be thrown around a couple of times. Going on about how he's doesn't even know why he produces AMVs anymore, as though that really has anything to do with this.
