Look at VF3, then look at VF4.

NowTHATis a sequel...
I guess I'll look into it to see if it lives up to your hype.

My my this thread has grown since i first made it.

Well, first of all... the PS2 controller is pretty e-tarded. well, just a few things... the analog buttons? a gimmick. oh ya, its a gimmick alright. Sure you got your 256 levels of pressure sensors, but for one, which games actually use it? and for another, how much room is there for the button to give to actually allow for that much a difference? to me it still seems like push, and push harder. the button sinks in a bit more, and thats it. maybe a millimeter or two. 256 levels in 2 millimeters? ya...

Secondly, call me dsylexic (actually, I am), but whats with all those shapes for buttons? I, for one, can never remember. or maybe because I'm dsylexic. Heck, XBOX controller at least had letters, at least i'll give Microsoft's tank that much.

Third, handles digging into your palms doesnt equal more gripping. it does equal, however, more discomfort. I concur.

Fourth, why so many shoulder buttons? They're not even practical anymore... awkward position, etc.

Anyway, thats the rant of a mad man, but then, B next to A always worked for me.

Oh, I'm dsylexic, too.

Oh and one more thing... VF4 is probably sooooo much better than VF3 because VF3 really sucked and VF4 just sucked.

Or something like that.

 Does anyone have any news if the same deal is going to happen in the UK?

Oh and as for joypads I do like the GC controller, however I have always felt the N64 to be my personal favourite. It just seems to mould into my hand .....and I can play using one hand!!! All neccessary buttons can be easily reached.

It also seems to be made perfect for Nintendo games such as the Zelda games and Mario.

most likely, usually something as big as this does reach the PAL regions.

if not... you can watch us play

I liked the N64 controller, too. It actually had 6 face buttons. That made sense.

That's something for the next gen GB... when cost of parts can be minimized. Backlight = more money = more batteries

but more face buttons would = good, tho.
