Normal tea. (Not some funky flavoured one) run it under hot water for to get it damp, then stick it on your canker all leave it there for a while, should work.

I'm telling you...use a toothpick or some other sharp object to poke the tip of it (from the side) and all the liquid in it will ooze out and you'll feel better. (no pain I swear! unless you do it wrong)
