I think too much, constantly second-guess myself, and just worry about everything to the point where I'm afraid to do anything at all. I know I'm missing out on life as a result, but it's so hard to change.

hmmmmm, my greatest vice is probably the fact that I get swept up in things. I get involved with things or do something impulsive like voluntering and then I realise that what I said was really stupid and then I get all the flash backs of the emdarressing moment. It's probably an attention seeking thing because I'm one of those people who seem to be known as someone elses friend like I can't have a identity in my own right and I can't figure out why. Maybe it's because I'm not as easy as my friends.
