Alberta has more population (less nukes tho) than montana. I am just gonna walk down there plant the Alberta flag and proclaim Montana mine. An me and chef have a plan for conquering wyoming with a pipe bomb and a few rifles and liquor. Hah! I own 2 states already!

You grossly miss understand the distructive potential of albertans when the liquor barn runs out of Molson! My best friend can't even drive and he bough his second rifle 2 weeks ago.

(alberta is the earliest place you can get your licence in north america)

Not to mention swimming in ammunition.

And people in Wyoming, as of September of this year, can still own machine guns and automatic weapons.

So maybe Montana, since you can trick them into fighting each other, but not Wyoming.
