tales of phantasia is another great game.

NES was definately the best system ever. Heck, it single-handedly revived a market that everyone thought was dead. Most of the games for it suck really badly today, but in their time, they were sooo much fun. And hey, the classics remain fun even to this day!

SNES was also a really great system. It took what was great about the NES, and improved it in every way. And Chrono Trigger is the best game ever :D

Dreamcast was an excallant system as well. While it didn't have a whole lot of games, I think you could say it had the best ratio of quality games to crap games of any other system, ever. I mean like 1 out of 10 games on the thing were worth owning! So many great games... DOA2, Soul Caliber, Space Channel 5, SC5 part 2, Jet Set Radio, hmmm I'll stop now.

Hmm... either NES or SNES. What great times.

NES: The Castlevania series, Final Fantasy, Dragon Warrior series, Contra, Ikari Warriors, Legend of Zelda, and others.

SNES: Final Fantasy IV and VI, Secret of Mana, Secret of Evermore, Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, Super Mario Kart, Super Mario RPG, Lufia, many more.

But Genesis had its games too... Shining Force I&II and the Phantasy Star series was enough reason for me to buy it.

I'm not too sure which one is my fav. I would say the SNES, but I love some of the games for NES too. Especially playing PacMan using the NES joystick. And Tetris on tha GameBoy was awesome as well. The only problem is the whole 4 batteries thing. And hated wasting batteries, guess that's why I bough GBC and rechargable batteries. So in conclusion, I'm still not sure.

Yes, and let's not forget the Zelda games for the NES, which are better than the SNES ones. The original Zelda on NES was... genious, pure and simple.
