I'm sure you'd feel it.

BTW, if you flame me, shouldn't YOU get banned?
I wasn't actually flaming you, I was poking fun at the fact that some people think that me flaming SpPANDA resulted in SpPANDA getting banned :D

Why thank you Phade, I mean Fyrt.

If you read my other posts here I think this as well but I was looking for Phade's definitive side on all this.

:|
It looks to me like Phade already said the exact thing that you are agreeing with fyrt on:
Phade wrote:SpPanda was banned for being an out-of-control troublemaker. When he was allowed to return, he

immediately started making trouble again, thus he was rebanned

Sorry Phade, but I don't know if he was troublemaking.

I posted a topic on my disgust with the way the online AMV community was acting and he reposted information valid to my topic from a topic that was locked.

The post was bashed by the MOD's unneccessarily. It had relevance. He called them on it and he got banned for it.

I dunno if that's really troublemaking as he was frustrated for making a valid point and getting canned. Once the mods unlocked the other thread, he stopped confronting the MODs (that or he had already been banned, I'm not sure.)

I think it was a judgement call. SpPANDA has a pretty extensive history of being inflamatory and stirring up trouble in general. He gets banned for some pretty large offenses, and the first thing he does upon coming back is resurrect a topic he knew would be extremely controversial, and which resulted in a lot of flaming, name-calling, and just overall bad feelings the first time he did it. So I can see why Phade would take a look at it and just think, "Okay, no, bye bye."

Yeah but theres the whole history of other people who frankly did worse things and were not banned. I'm not gonna name any names but anyone with half a brain can remember personal attacks, trouble making and other such things.

That about sums it up.

Now it's up to each of us to decide what we think about that, and move on.

I can see that too, but that doesn't necessarily make banning him the correct call. As you have said, it is a judgement call and judgement calls can be swayed by past actions and emotions.

In this instance I believe that what he did was relevant to a current topic and undeserving of the reprimand he received.

He does seem to have quite a bit of beef with you and Brad though... beef which need not exist. A lot of the attitude he displays is directed at you. Flaming him certainly isn't going to change that attitude. At some point both you and he should have a little chat and work out the problems. He's not unreasonable, and I know you aren't unreasonable either.

Once your differences are worked out, things will change considerably, but the effort has to be made by both of you.

What I don't get is why SpPANDA keeps coming back :? Could everyone agree with me when I say "If you don't like the way the forum is handled, then don't visit it?" SpPANDA has his own forum. He's the Admin, and he can run it how he sees fit. In my opinion, he doesn't need to come here if he doesn't like the way he's treated and such.

I agree that SpPanda's second ban seemed somewhat unneccesary, but that again I can understand keeping closer tabs on someone who's caused problems before. And while I don't think SpPanda had gotten to the point of posting 47 threads again and pretending he didn't know what he was doing, it was definetly heading in that direction. Phade just stopped it before it got to that point again. Everyone does need to just kind of let it go. I mean, what's going to happen if SpPanda does get allowed back? It's not like he's going to play nice, the same things are just going to pop up again...

I think the reason SpPanda keeps coming back is because he feels like he has something to prove, or something of that nature. He basically just comes back to stir up more trouble and give Phade, the Mods, and other members a hard time and pretends to be unaware of what he's doing.
Everyone is not the same as you.
Get over it.
And lighten up.
