I can see that too, but that doesn't necessarily make banning him the correct call. As you have said, it is a judgement call and judgement calls can be swayed by past actions and emotions.
In this instance I believe that what he did was relevant to a current topic and undeserving of the reprimand he received.
He does seem to have quite a bit of beef with you and Brad though... beef which need not exist. A lot of the attitude he displays is directed at you. Flaming him certainly isn't going to change that attitude. At some point both you and he should have a little chat and work out the problems. He's not unreasonable, and I know you aren't unreasonable either.
Once your differences are worked out, things will change considerably, but the effort has to be made by both of you.

Could everyone agree with me when I say "If you don't like the way the forum is handled, then don't visit it?" SpPANDA has his own forum. He's the Admin, and he can run it how he sees fit. In my opinion, he doesn't need to come here if he doesn't like the way he's treated and such.
